  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste

Directions:

To prepare the vegetables for pecel, you will need a variety of leafy greens such as spinach, cabbage, beansprouts, and water spinach. These can be boiled or grilled until cooked through.

To serve, arrange the cooked vegetables on a plate and drizzle the peanut sauce on top. Serve with steamed rice and crackers for a complete meal.
